DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes! We deliver using a range of couriers worldwide to provide you with the most suitable shipping option. Our products are despatched from the United Kingdom.

BIODEGRADABLE HYGIENE LINERS LEAVE A STICKY RESIDUE, HOW DO I REMOVE THIS?

 

Our biodegradable hygiene liners have a lower melting point compared to plastic hygiene liners, this can cause the liner to melt onto the garment when exposed to higher temperatures during shipping. This can be easily removed by running the area under warm water and scraping the residue off gently. We have found using your fingernail or a spoon works well! Please get in touch if you would like further guidance. We apologise for the inconvenience, but believe this is a small price to pay to avoid plastic usage and support companies producing sustainable alternatives.

WHAT ARE YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES?

Products are only eligible for an exchange or return if they remain unworn and if all tags, care labels, and hygiene liners are still intact and attached. You must enquire via the 'Contact Us' page to arrange an exchange or return less than 14 days after your purchase has been delivered. Please bear in mind that we cannot currently offer free exchanges or returns, and so arrangements are at the buyer’s expense unless the wrong item was sent or the item is faulty. Exchanges are subject to our current stock and if you wish to wait for a re-stock to receive your desired item please arrange this with us in advance.

DO YOUR POLICIES CHANGE OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD?

Yes! Any purchases made from November through til January are valid for an exchange or return until the 14th of February, as long as the brand tags, care labels, and hygiene liners are still attached. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SWIMWEAR?


Our products are designed to be long-lasting when cared for as outlined here! Rinse with fresh water shortly after exposure to chlorine or seawater. Cold hand wash with mild detergent and dry flat in the shade. Do not wring, machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, iron, or use fabric softener.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Currently, we do not. If this is something you would be interested in, please let us know! We would be happy to accommodate this request and expand our services if we receive demand for this.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
 

Unfortunately, we don't. Being a sustainable and ethical brand is expensive. We have recycled materials to buy, fair wages to pay, trees to plant, and money to donate!

 

DO YOU SUPPORT BLACK FRIDAY?

We do not support Black Friday. We believe it promotes unnecessary consumerism, causes a surge of carbon emissions, and goes against the efforts we should all be making to create a more sustainable world. Buy a bikini because you love our brand, want to support sustainable small businesses, and need new swimwear, not because we've given you a large discount.

ARE YOU PLANNING TO EXPAND YOUR SIZE RANGE?

Absolutely! Being inclusive is very important to us. That being said we are a very new brand so until we grow and receive demand for sizes XS and XL, our size range of S-L is the best we can do for now. If our current size range is preventing you from making a purchase, please let us know! This will help us gauge when the time is right to expand our size range.
